CAN A PURCHASE I MADE ON DREARENEEKNITS.COM BE SAVED IN MY RAVELRY LIBRARY?
-DreaReneeKnits.com and Ravelry are not connected. If you would like your purchase to be saved in your Ravelry library, then you will want to make sure to purchase it thru my Ravelry shop!
ARE DREARENEEKNITS PATTERNS AVAILABLE IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGES?
-Some of my patterns have been translated into other languages such as Spanish, French, Czech and Japanese. They are ONLY available through my Ravelry shop! If a certain pattern is available in translated into another language, it will be listed on the pattern page.
HELP, I DOWNLOADED MY RAVELRY PDF AND IT IS IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE!
-Head to your Ravelry library! All versions of the pattern will be stored there, including the different translations that are available.
COUPON CODES
-I do not recommend copy and pasting the code in, as often time a space ends up before or after the word, causing it to not work when it is copy and pasted. I recommend just typing it in, and make sure to use all caps.
-Please remember the code cannot be used on patterns I published with other companies (IE Ronan with Wool People.)
- If you are buying on Ravelry, you will see for the Buy It Now option, there is a button towards the bottom left that says "use a coupon code" and for Add to Cart option, it is located right next to the "checkout now" button.
-When purchasing patterns on DreaReneeKnits.com there is a space for the Promo Code under Order Summary.
-Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, so following these helpful tips should ensure that you receive your discount! Make sure your code is entered before finishing your purchase :)
